Same discipline as production, with worse consequences for a mistake.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Loop design<\/strong> \u2014 component order, restriction budget, radiator surface against airflow, pump head pressure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hard tubing<\/strong> in PETG or acrylic \u2014 measure, heat, bend, cut, deburr, fit. A bad bend is a leak over an expensive component.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thermal tuning<\/strong> \u2014 delta-T over ambient under sustained load, flow rate, fan and pump curves.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Material compatibility<\/strong> \u2014 mixed-metal galvanic corrosion, coolant chemistry, biological growth.
