Custom watercooling

A loop is a closed system with a thermal budget, a failure mode and no error handling. Same discipline as production, with worse consequences for a mistake.

• Loop design — component order, restriction budget, radiator surface against airflow, pump head pressure.
• Hard tubing in PETG or acrylic — measure, heat, bend, cut, deburr, fit. A bad bend is a leak over an expensive component.
• Thermal tuning — delta-T over ambient under sustained load, flow rate, fan and pump curves.
• Material compatibility — mixed-metal galvanic corrosion, coolant chemistry, biological growth. The failure modes are chemical and show up months later.
• Pressure testing before power. Every time.
